How I help:

My role in Adult Community Services centers around supporting and preparing staff and ensuring our program continues serving our community. I wholeheartedly believe that the correct path to healing is unique to every individual’s journey. Our team is here to support you in meeting your most important goals. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed care while treating the whole person, not just your mental health symptoms.

My specialties:
With more than a decade of providing social services, I am fortunate to gain various experiences. I have been able to work with diverse populations experiencing hardships such as living without stable housing, domestic and sexual violence, and mental health struggles. These have equipped me with a deep understanding of how interdependent each intersection of our experiences truly is.

More about me:
Most of my time off is spent with my family and two dogs; we love exploring new trails and places. I try to stay active by enjoying tennis, martial arts, hiking, and weightlifting. If I must be inside, I love to create new experimental meals to feed my family or play board games. Family game night is very competitive in our house.
