Rita Hoelscher, BS

Quality Director

Ms. Hoelscher has been with Pawnee Mental Health Services since 1999 and currently holds the position of Quality Director. In this position, she also serves as a member of the Management Team for Pawnee.

Prior to holding this position at Pawnee, she worked in the Community Services division as a case manager for Adult Rehabilitation Services for 10 years.

Ms. Hoelscher graduated from Barton County Community College with an Associate of Arts degree and obtained a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in Family Studies and Human Services.

She has been recognized by her peers, named Employee of the Month four times, and earned Employee of Year in 2012. She is a Mental Health First Aid graduate and a Certified Trainer for the Crisis Prevention Institute.

In her career at Pawnee, she has been actively involved with the Association of Community Mental Health Centers in Kansas and is Chair of the Quality Management Network Committee.

Outside of the office, she is an avid sports fan. She loves attending and watching her eight nieces'/nephews' sporting events. She has a tremendous passion for Kansas State University athletics and Iowa State University’s Women’s Basketball program where her niece plays.
