I’m Lani, a licensed master social worker. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, guiding them towards improved lives and assisting them in processing their past experiences.

Before joining Pawnee, I engaged in various roles within the Child Welfare System, Juvenile Justice System, and Foster Care Licensing. My experiences have shaped my passion for assisting individuals and families in navigating challenges and achieving positive outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending quality time with my dog, friends, and family. My educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Emporia State University, as well as a Master's Degree in Social Work from Washburn University.
