Pawnee Mental Health Adds to Eastern Therapy Team

Pawnee Mental Health is pleased to announce the addition of Lani Deines and Katherine “Corey” Johnson. Deines and Johnson will be offering therapy services to individuals residing in Riley, Pottawatomie, and Marshall Counties.

Lani Deines, LMSW, has a master’s degree in social work from Washburn University. Prior to joining Pawnee Mental Health, Deines accumulated valuable experience in Child Welfare, having worked extensively with the Foster Care System and within the Juvenile Justice System. Throughout her career, Deines has had a strong commitment to improving the lives of children, adolescents, and families alike and working to effect positive change. At Pawnee, Lani Deines is available for therapy for children, teens, and adults.

Katherine “Corey” Johnson, LMFT, has a master’s degree in couples and family therapy from Kansas State University. Before joining Pawnee’s team, Johnson completed their practicums at Lafene Health Center and the Family Center at K-State. Johnson volunteered with the Trevor Project which serves LGBTQ+ teens and young adults. At Pawnee, Katherine “Corey” Johnson is available for therapy for children, teens, and adults.
